St Demetrius Parishioners visit the monastery

A short time ago we had a visit from St Demetrius Serbian Orthodox Church in Des Moines helping us o prepare for the winter ahead. They shared in pulling wood from our forest and cutting it for fire and teaching us how to make some traditional Serbian dishes. It was a wonderful time here!
